Multicultural Home Care was established in 1995 to provide home health care in a variety of languages. The nursing staff collectively speak several languages including:
English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Haitian-Creole, French, and Portuguese.
Additional languages are spoken through our home health aide staff.
We believe in the case management model of care and strive to insure that each patient is seen by the same clinical team members from admission to discharge.
This approach improves communication at all levels, including the patient, family members, physician, other providers, and the clinical team members.
