ABOUT MULTICULTURAL HOME CARE

MCHC was established in 1995 as a unique organization to fill a void within the Home Care field by providing services with cultural understanding and in the same language as the client. 

We strive to provide home health care in a variety of languages.  The nursing staff collectively speak at least six languages- English, Russian, Spanish, Cambodian, Cantonese, Haitian-Creole.  Additional languages spoken through our paraprofessional staff.

We believe in the case management model of care and strive to insure that each patient is seen by the same clinical team members from admission to discharge.

Our geographic coverage area includes Greater Boston, North Shore, South Shore, and Merrimack Valley.

We are committed to providing and coordinating excellent home health care services to patients regardless of the complexity of their medical, psyco-social, and/or mental health needs.

Our constant availability, our willingness to accept even the most difficult cases and our continuity of care has made us a favorite with both clients and referral sources.
